Accounting – With monthly statements and yearly reports our property management make your life easier
Maintenance – Periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all properties help to keep repair costs to a minimum. All needed repairs are done by our in house maintenance personnel.
Property Analysis – A free service offered to our clients allows them to know the true rent rates and needed repairs before they buy
Monthly Fees – Monthly management fees are 10% of gross receipts. Five or more properties qualify for a discounted rate of 8%.

- Manage payment of property expenses as requested
- Itemized Monthly Reports, Year-End Summary & 1099
